What is a Made to Order item?
Our made-to-order items are gowns that are produced only once an order is made. We believe in slow fashion, so we create in limited quantities and take limited orders. The process helps to minimise carbon emissions and to be more sustainable. This also ensures our clients receive exclusive gowns which are special to them. We cater to a range of sizes from AU 6-16.
How long does production take?
Each gown is made by hand; every shiny stone, bead and thread entwined by our craftsmen. This is a delicate process which takes up to hundreds of hours of labour - however, the results are truly worth it.
The estimated production date for most gowns is 2.5-3 weeks. This does not include the time it will take for the order to be shipped to you. Please take note of the estimated delivery date when placing your order. Visit Shipping & Delivery to view delivery time and rates.
We suggest that you order well in advance for special occasions as we are unable to rush production.
Note: There may be a delay during holiday periods and your purchase may take longer to arrive. With made-to-order items being in high demand during holiday periods, we suggest ordering in advance allowing 2 months for your dress to be made and delivered.
Two of Five The Label is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, postal or pandemic delays.
We will always communicate with you if there is any expected extended delay once an order has been placed.
Is there a chance that you may hold a Made to Order item in stock?
Made-to-order means that the garments are not in stock and only commence production once you have placed an order. However, in some circumstances, some sizes may be held in stock due to returns and restocks on best selling dresses. If you are on a time constraint, feel free to contact us to confirm available products in stock.
Can I make further alterations or customise a design?
At this stage, we are not taking any customisations. Please see the product description for measurements of each gown.

Can I Cancel a Made to Order Garment?
Once an order has been placed and production has commenced the order cannot be cancelled.
Can I Return a Made to Order Garment?
Once an order has been placed and production has commenced the order will not be eligible for a return and refund.
